Maintenance is payable in advance for the month and due on the 1st of every month, only once payment has been received only then will the maintenance be carried out.
Dependent on the selected Package, maintenance updates will be carried out Once or twice a month, If once the it would be completed on the 1st of every month, if twice then on the 1st and the 15th of every month (if this should fall over a weekend / public holiday, then it will be carried out the following Monday) *Closure dates will be different, and comms will be sent through for this
Additional changes or request to the website can fall under support fees, we will notify you as the client if we are about the reach your monthly limit of time allocated. Unless its a fixed project rate that we offer.
Support is carried out during working hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 to 16:00. Excluding Public Holidays or closure dates)
If any premium plugins require renewals this will be for the clients account.
Cloudflare support will be allocated separately & directly to the cloudflare integration specialist
Additional Support / Change request are charged at R650 per hour
After hour support will be charged at hourly rate of R950 per hour. Separate to your monthly maintenance bill, unless if updates completed by us caused issues on the website. This will then not be billable to you as the client.
If a set plugin doesnt work due to updates, and alternative will be found.
If an additional plugin is requested by you as the client, and this then conflicts with a current plugin, we will notify you as the client. This will be a billable item if an alternative plugin is required to be found.
2 Sets of backups are done, before & after each maintenance update of your website core features
We do request, that you as the client, please not to update anything required. This may cause your website to have issues, this is why we would prefer to complete the updates.
Should you for any reason cancel your maintenance package with Graficode (Pty) Ltd, Adhoc update services are available, please enquire.
